Moving beyond compliance, we truly value the experience and knowledge brought to our Indigenous partnerships.We are looking for a motivated person who is committed to growing their professional career at Procon while gaining valuable knowledge and experience.Position Summary:Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, we are looking for a Warehouse person to join the team in our Nisku, AB Division.Responsibilities:The Warehouse person is a key member of the Equipment Division. The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Good comprehension when reading information and/or receiving verbal instructions as required to perform assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Must follow all company policies and processes
• Must be prepared to adhere to all legislated regulations and company Health & Safety policies
• Handle Materials – within the warehouse and outdoors as required
• Shipping and receiving goods, loading, and unloading trucks and crates, checking accuracy on the receipt of goods
• Inventory management, counting and organizing as well as picking parts
• Moderate computer skills, use of inventory/procurement management software as we as Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems would be an asset
• Perform Housekeeping Duties
• Operate Basic Hand Tools and Powered Hand Tools. i.e. drills, power washers, painters, disc grinders etc.
• Material Handling Equipment: forklift, telehandler, front end loader, flat deck truck
• Perform work safely and follow established work procedures
• Perform General Tasks as assigned by Supervisor
• Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to take direction and supervision
• Motivation to “get the job done” even when managing a heavy workload and tight deadlines
• Ability to accurately and thoroughly complete all aspects of the job
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washers, painters etc.)
• Ability to physically handle (lift, carry, etc.) weights up to 50Lbs
• Class 5 Drivers Licence
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and enjoys being a proactive member of a high performing team
• For this position, you will be required to undergo a background check.
• Fully Vaccinated in accordance with legislated requirements
