Job Description

Applicants will be required to collaborate with other members of the Goldeye team to effectively run our facility. Responsibilities and duties of members in our Housekeeping team include, but are not limited to:Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand the policies of their employer with respect to work shifts, client possessions, and privacy
  • Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the windows, washrooms, changing sheets and towels, managing laundry room, and keeping the place neat and tidy
  • Clean, disinfect, and store all cleaning equipment at the end of their shift
  • Fulfill all cleaning requirements of the employer
  • Promptly respond to client needs
  • Inform the employer/supervisor if any accidents or problems occur while performing cleaning services
NOTE: All Goldeye Centre team members will be required to potentially work in all areas as needs arise, which may include kitchen, grounds, housekeeping, programs and events. Work will be assigned according to need, ability and if required training will be provided.Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning appliances, cleaning and disinfecting agents
  • Attention to detail

  • Reliable mode of transportation

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
ExperiencePreference will be given to candidates with at least two years experience in housekeeping in the hospitality sector such as hotel and motel cleaning or related experience.Education and TrainingPreference will be given to applicants with advanced education in the hospitality industry.Successful candidates also must possess a Valid Class 5 Drivers License and provide a security clearance with vulnerable sector check.The Goldeye Centre offers competitive wages, flexible hours and we provide all staff housing on site. No need to find a rental in the Nordegg area!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00-$20.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 10 hour shift
