• Provide administrative assistance, including; Posting tickets, Purchase Orders, & Data Entry
• Assist with Inventory
• Abide by all DEN safety policies
• Aid in minimizing wear & tear of any Designed Roofing Inc., Essential Exteriors & NGM equipment, vehicles, and trailers
• Responsible for the delivery of equipment and material to job sites, in a timely and safe manner.
• Load and unload equipment and materials onto company work vehicles, ensuring cargo is safe and secure, to eliminate the risk of damage to material, equipment and the company vehicle.
• Responsible for reading and understanding layouts and packing lists. Check off each part of order and ensure orders ship complete.
• Maintain driver logs and perform all required inspections (pre-trip/post-trip), document deficiencies and report issues requiring immediate attention to the Shipping & Receiving

Supervisor.

• Adhere to all laws and regulations relating to Ministry of Transportation road safety and motor vehicle operation.
• Decision making, problem solving and critical thinking while driving as situations can be unpredictable and require constant focus and attention.
• Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with customers and the public as duties are carried out

Requirements

• High degree of safety awareness and commitment to safety, his/her own and other workers
• Excellent written and oral communication is required
• Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to problem solve, specifically to deal with issues that may arise on route while driving or delivering products.
• Driver must be over 25 years of age
• Posses a clean driving record
• Excellent driving abilities including driving in active weather conditions
• Experience driving a CVOR vehicle and maintain logbook (changing to electronic summer 2022)

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks
• Ability to lift 50-75lbs
• G Driver’s License – 5 years of driving experience preferred
• Criminal Record Check – Level 2
• Physical effort required in fast-paced environment

Start date: TBD Wage: TBD Probation: 6 months Group benefits:

• Option 1 - RRSP – 3% employee contribution minimum requirement, 3% contribution from

Designed Roofing – after 6-month probation - Employee Health Spending - $1,000.00

• Option 2 - Complete benefits package
• $30,000 life insurance policy
