Job Description

Are You An Electrical Project Manager/EstimatorOur client is searching for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join their fast-growing and dynamic team.Contact Cynthia Stutz - Project Manager/EstimatorProject Manager/Estimator Responsibilities/Duties

  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users
  • Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions
  • Manage project financials (including billing), purchasing, schedules and labor
  • Estimate project costs, and changes, and submit tenders
  • Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service Electricians to develop service work and project scheduling
  • Review reports - labor status reports, job status reports, etc.
  • Arrange for project manuals/Power quality reports to be completed
Project Manager/Estimator Experience And SkillsMust have electrical project management and estimating experience
  • Electrical TQ an asset
  • Valid FSR
  • Experience with Accubid software (Accubid Pro, Change Order) an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders
  • Good computer skills including MS Office
  • Currently working in the area with an established local network as an asset
