Big data Job SummaryExperience Development experience in HDFS, Hive, Hbase, Spark, Sqoop, Unix Shell Scripting, Pearl Scripting and JAVA.Basic Database concepts and knowledge in SQL.. Good communication skills.ü Minimum 4-5 years' experience with Cloudera distribution Hadoop platformü Minimum 4-5 years in Working knowledge of HDFS, Hive, Hbase, Spark, Sqoop, Unixü Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys, Oozieü Experience with Incident management using JIRA/ServiceNowü Experience with Jenkins, Podium or Talend is a plusü Cloudera admin experience is a plusü Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsü Flexible to work off hours and weekend shiftsü Worked in onshore-offshore modelDaily Job RoleØ Acknowledge receipt of the L2 IncidentØ Investigate, diagnose, and analyze the L2 Application Incident, including capturing initial definition or description of the L2 Application IncidentØ Work closely with TD Application team in any investigation, diagnosis, or analysis of the L2 Application Incident, as required and directed by the applicable TD Application team, including:§ Being the point of contact for end users for the L2 Application Incident;§ Working with end users to define the priority of the L2 Application Incident; and§ Being the intermediary between the end user and the applicable level 3 support personnelØ Resolve L2 Application Incident and review it with L2 Lead and TD Application Lead for closureØ Update the Incident management tool with a detailed description of the L2 Application Incident Resolution achieved for the L2 Application Incident
