Job Description

About The CompanyRDS (Residential Development Services Inc.) is a record-breaking New Homes Sales consultancy and retailer representing some of the country’s top residential developers in the design, launch and sales of their residential communities.About The RoleRDS is seeking an experienced marking coordinator and/or manager who is passionate about Toronto real estate and obsessed with digital marketing and design to help expand company market share, manage search engine marketing, Facebook/Instagram, email marketing, create landing pages, as well as other marketing activities for our companies and clients in the homebuilding industry.In this position your responsibilities will include

  • Work with senior management and external marketing agencies to develop, refine and roll-out RDS company branding
  • Refine RDS brand guidelines and ensure cohesion in client facing market reports, presentation decks, and proposals
  • Develop and capture content and marketing material to promote the company and maintain and grow market share
  • Manage RDS’s social media presence (LinkedIn and Instagram), leveraging and guiding contributions from employees, clients and consultants
  • Manage digital advertising campaign to source leads for condo leasing and sales business
  • Manage industry awards submissions
  • Manage company event planning, client gifts, merchandise sourcing, etc.
  • Source and pursue PR opportunities for the company
  • Expand RDS’s presence and recognition in the Realtor and real estate brokerages community and grow Realtor registrations to the company’s database
  • Work alongside RDS senior management in nurturing relationships with residential developer clients
  • Work in tandem with Toronto’s top marketing agencies on community branding and sales launches to ensure alignment with RDS’s sales team and the successful execution of the community’s marketing and sales strategy
  • Work alongside RDS’ senior management team to establish key selling features for projects and create presentations to be used for sales launches, customer, and Realtor education
  • Oversee and improve database and customer sales funnel lead management
  • Work alongside sales and operations team to track marketing results in CRM and create internal and client facing reports on sales funnels
  • Create, design, edit, deploy and monitor digital marketing campaigns to RDS and their clients’ databases
  • Coordinate major sales events
  • Develop the personal brand of company principals through online presence and PR opportunities
  • Ensure employees’ content and personal brands are in line with company goals
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
  • Build, launch and optimize SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SMM (Social Media Marketing) campaigns that align with business objectives with minimal guidance
  • Set strategy and goals while building a workback plan to achieve results. Prioritize projects and assess tradeoff
  • Lead cross-functional projects to expand and scale company capabilities, improve performance, and test initiatives
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaign plans, encompassing content/campaign messaging creation
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor SEM campaigns
  • Identify SEO opportunities based on SEM data and results
  • Maintain accuracy of price points, community status (sold out, coming soon, etc.), resales or rental listings, and any of their listed features
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics on all social campaigns
  • Optimize copy and images for all social campaigns to maximize ad spend ROI
  • Coordinate with individual third-party partner or client requests and goals
  • Work with external partners and vendors to maintain support and keep up to date on new features and product capabilities
  • Establish and implement standards on tracking, optimization, reporting and analytics to maximize revenue and ROI
  • Proactively communicate performance and project plan to company stakeholders
  • Maintain strong and effective communication with the team through a variety of inter-team software tools
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices in digital advertising
  • Maintain relevant certifications for Google Ads (search, display, video), Google Analytics, and Facebook Business

  • You understand rules, regulations, and data ecosystems related to paid marketing and are able to identify and communicate issues when they arise
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing that includes display and social, app, content and paid search
  • Proven expertise with ROI driven campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other major third-party ad servers
  • Familiarity with online marketing and print marketing campaigns including direct mail, social, SMS, mobile, email, and web
  • Proven expertise with ROI driven campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads and other major third-party ad servers
  • Must be familiar with Google Analytics in a professional capacity – experience with Google Data Studio a plus
  • Previous experience and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, HTML, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in real estate a plus but not necessary
  • Experience working with a technology company a plus but not necessary
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics or related field preferred
  • Masters’ degree is a strong plus
Licence/Certification:
  • Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint certification (preferred)
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional Weekend Availability is a must
