  • Detecting, preventing, and monitoring fraudulent activity with respect to the Banks day-to-day banking products by analyzing alerts generated by various fraud detection tools and assessing the probability that fraud is occurring

  • Be passionate about customer satisfaction and you have a high degree of confidentiality
  • Work variable hours including weekends and evenings and are comfortable rotating your shift every 4 months
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can manage a high volume of calls
  • Actively listen with exceptional attention to detail
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role – We’d love to work with you if you have:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, paired with a desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Contact centre/ fraud experience considered a bonus
  • Analytical thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and French is considered a strong asset
  • Computer literacy and can navigate between multiple applications and systems
    • Systems utilized in the role: All internal bank systems including but not limited to: Citadel, TSYS, IntraLink, VRM, VROL, VCAS, Interac, TransUnion, DAWT, PRM, PPM, etc.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred
