We are seeking highly motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic professionals to join our organization. You will be responsible for bringing technology solutions to our clients keeping customer service as the priority by providing an amazing experience with every customer contact. Technical support will be provided via phone, email, and onsite visits.This is a great position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working as part of a small team, and participating in the collaborative process and procedure development.Responsibilities· Provide friendly, professional support via phone, video, email, and our ticketing system· Visit customer locations for the purpose of deployment, troubleshooting or service migration where you will be representing XBASE to its customers.· Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues, as necessary.· Educates customers on the use of all related XBASE products and servicesQualifications· Minimum of 3 Years of relevant IT support experience required· A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to provide a driver’s abstract annually· Ability to work a flexible and rotating work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights as well as on-calls· Ability to multi-task and operate independently, with the decision-making skills needed to tackle potentially high-stress situationsQualifications Considered Assets· Knowledge of network troubleshooting and network management tools· Technical degree, Cisco CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP; Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS, Fortinet NSE and/or other networking certifications· Ubuntu and/or CentOS Linux experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $32,000.00-$34,000.00 per yearBenefits:
