Job Description

HomeLife is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Toronto to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing/lead generation campaigns to promote brand awareness and deliver a consistent pipeline of B2B/B2C leads.Reporting to our President and working closely with our Head of Transformation, you will be a key member of our Marketing team. In this hands-on role, you will help define an actionable roadmap, and execute digital marketing strategies that support and accelerate our business goals.Your Impact:

  • Develop compelling content and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (ie. social media platforms, content calendars, corporate website, and email marketing)
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns through effective Google PPC and social media ad campaigns
  • Provide innovative solutions to creative problems, be a thought leader to our team, and serve as the go-to person when solutions are needed
  • Analyze customer and market insights for the creation of targeted marketing strategies
  • Be an early adopter of social media trends and technologies to align with HomeLife’s reputation as a trendsetter and disruptor of the status quo
  • Motivate and train our members on social media and brand marketing via monthly Zoom meetings and webinars
  • Solve complex problems and bring new ideas to life
Requirements:
  • Work on-site from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing and social media management; creating social media posts, running & monitoring ad campaigns, and managing business pages & profiles
  • Strong understanding of push/pull marketing, lead generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to create digital media including graphic designs, videos, and photos
  • Energetic, comfortable with being in front of a camera, sociable, enjoys creating content independently and with others
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing
  • Proven experience as a content creator, with the ability to write compelling marketing copy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills; self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and resources
Bonus Skills and Experience:
  • Marketing experience in the real estate industry
  • CMS experience and/or working knowledge of WordPress
