The perfect candidate will have a solid attention to detail and have the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. It’s vital that this candidate be curious- proactive- data-minded- and actively looking for ways we can improve the consumer journey/experience helping build relationships with our company. It’s as much about being able to effectively translate data/insights- and ultimately- create amazing connections with customers. We are driving transformation; the ideal candidate will thrive in uncertainty and be thrilled to help create the future.The Digital Operation position within the sales organization provides the candidate with an opportunity to develop solid business skills as a foundation for further career development within the Kraft Heinz company- which could include roles on Supply Chain- Retail Sales- Food service- Customer Business- and Category Business units. This position will develop supply chain skills- analytical skills- and will allow the individual to apply concepts and tools that will develop core competencies such as ‘Business Savvy’ and the ability to simplify the complex.This role is entrepreneurial in spirit and as a ‘Digital Operation Partner’ offers an exciting opportunity to grow KHC sales.Responsibilities

  • Maximize Store In-Stocks- Event Management- Execution of New and Discontinued items- Reporting- and Analytics
  • Implement and Monitor NPS (Net Promoter Score)- recommending and driving creative solution to improve customer experience
  • Be the primary source of information- analyzing our performance and bringing insights to the larger business
  • Use Kraft Heinz CDP (Customer Data Platform) processes to develop and maintain shipment forecast
  • Leverage Customer data and collaboration to improve forecasting model for turn and promotional volume
  • Understand- track- and report KPI’s (Forecast Accuracy- Bias- CFR- etc.) to stakeholders as necessary
  • Interface with e-Commerce development teams- business partners- and IT partners to prioritize- mitigate- resolve- and report on root-cause
  • Manage- analyze- and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs (number of customers- conversion rate- cart size).
  • Utilize fact-based selling tools and market information to secure new product distribution- presenting cross-merchandising ideas and identifying other opportunities for new sales growth.
  • P&L management and financial reconciliations
Requirements
  • Completed University degree.
  • Customer Supply Chain related experience (Demand Planning- Product Supply- Distribution- Transportation- Manufacturing)
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in working with large/complex supply chain data sets and creation of supply chain decision models based on Kraft Heinz internal and retail customer data inputs (experience with excel- access- SQL- or other relational database tools is a plus)
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred- but candidates with a passion for supply chain and driving business results who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Bilingual is an asset
  • Strong drive for results and customer focus.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills (Excel- Outlook).
  • Self-Driven. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
