  • Educate clients on financial products: Provide clear, straightforward explanations of various financial products offered by Primerica, including life insurance, mutual funds, annuities, and retirement plans.
  • Develop financial strategies: Assist clients in creating tailored financial strategies to help them achieve their financial goals, improve financial security, and plan for the future.
2. Sales and Product Recommendation:
  • Recommend financial solutions: Based on clients #39; needs, offer solutions such as term life insurance, long-term care insurance, investment products, and debt reduction strategies.
  • Close sales: The role involves working toward sales quotas. This requires effectively pitching financial products, addressing client concerns, and following up to close sales.
  • Follow-up and cross-sell: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure that their financial plans are on track and identify additional opportunities for product sales.
3. Building Client Relationships:
  • Long-term relationship building: Establish trust with clients by providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups. The role emphasizes creating lasting relationships, which can lead to repeat business and referrals.
  • Ongoing financial reviews: Periodically review clients’ financial situations to ensure their plans remain relevant as their life circumstances change (e.g., marriage, children, career changes, etc.).
4. Team Collaboration and Mentorship (Optional):
  • Support and collaborate with other associates: As a Financial Sales Associate, you may work alongside other sales associates or financial advisors, sharing best practices and contributing to team goals.
