Youll get to flex your exceptional intrapersonal and organizational skills and serve as a crucial member of the customer-facing Relationship Management team for premium merchant accounts that require special handling. An additional function may be to train entry level Relationship Management Specialists. Members of this team are not only great with clients, but detail-obsessed and enjoy seeing a task through from request to completion.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners with assigned Relationship Managers in the overall servicing of select client accounts (Relationships) requiring special handling
  • Proactively and reactively provides support necessary to solidify and grow assigned Relationships through the use of client correspondence, effective communications (written and verbal) as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Responds efficiently and effectively to inquiries and problems directly from principal relationship contacts- Relationship Management Specialists communicate with the highest degree of speed and accuracy!
  • Utilizes knowledge of industry and internal systems to problem solve in the best interest of the Organization and the Customer.
  • Stays up-to-date on product releases, company news, and takes pride in being a subject matter expert in all things Payments.
  • Continually liaises with assigned Relationship Manager on activity pertaining to their accounts, including all account maintenance, additional locations/equipment, billing changes, duplicate processing and other research.
  • Understands agreed-upon customer and inter-departmental SLAs and adheres to these timelines
  • Any other duties and special projects as assigned- you will have plentiful opportunities for growth and development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Experience
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a client-facing position.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or other related fields. In lieu of degree, may have relevant work experience.
Skills or Special Abilities
  • Knowledge of and strong interest in merchant industry and related procedures (payments, POS systems, merchant acquiring, B2B software, etc).
  • Ability to use data to problem-solve creatively.
  • Expertise with all internal CPS/CRM systems and technology.
  • Efficient and independent worker with good time management skills.
  • Finds value and satisfaction in providing services that satisfies clients.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with both internal and external merchant contacts.
  • Requires strong business acumen and self-assuredness in internal and external interactions.
