The Chase for SMB Domain within Chase Merchant Services is focused on key payment solution initiatives that will deliver our payment product suites to our merchants while improving their servicing experience, and that of our internal stakeholders. The Product Specialist for North American Point of Sale Terminal Products will be primarily focused on business centric technical maintenance of our core terminal products and improvement of our terminal servicing platforms to ensure operational efficiency and high availability. This role will also ensure the proper release management, technical client consulting, and implementation is conducted keeping customer and business needs in mind.This individual will work closely with our product managers and technology partners to ensure that day-to-day operations, client and partner escalations, and product maintenance are managed and in alignment with our near term roadmap, and tactical goals to ensure that our offerings are best in class. The ideal candidate has a comprehensive understanding of the physical point of sales landscape, with deep technical knowledge and strong issue management and triage skills.Responsibilities
