A rapidly growing (like actually rapidly growing - we aren’t just saying that) sales and marketing agency is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager.If you are an energetic creative, understand the social algos, can create fun engaging content, and also want to drive the community and company culture of a fast growing team.This is for you…About Puulse Marketing: We are a “bolt-on growth engine” that provides high performance marketing and lead generation services, paired with sales professionals to close the deal for our clients.If a company has a great product that they need to market & sell - they call us.We have multiple active campaigns running right now in Canada and the USA.With our clients including Canada and the USAs largest telecom providers and some of the USAs biggest and most successful Solar providers.With an active waiting list of clients looking to hire us as we expand.About This Opportunity: Our company has become laser focused on delivering world class results for our clients and as a result; we’ve paid very little attention to our own social media presence.We have multiple brands we work under and you will be helping to build our social media presence from scratch.Starting first with our employer brand. Helping us attract and retain top talent.Some Of The Ways You Will Contribute:

  • Work with our team to plan and execute our social media presence
  • Create and maintain a social media calendar
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok
  • Work with our management and HR team to create a great company culture
  • Work closely with our paid ads team to create synergy in our marketing and branding efforts
  • Create fun and high value IG/FB/TT stories
What You Can Expect: We don’t believe in micro management, we are looking to work with a professional, and will treat you like a professional.You will have to be adaptable and have strong people skills as you will be working directly with our front line staff and our senior management team.We are also big on professional development and investing in the growth of our staff. If there is something you want to learn, let us know, we want to help.This role will be in office, and on site at various locations around the Greater Toronto Area to start.With opportunities to travel and take “remote work” breaks when you are welcome to work somewhere you enjoy.We can also facilitate immigration/work visas to the USA or the UAE (Dubai) for long term employees.Long Term Opportunities: Ideally this candidate will have the ambition to become the head of our creative team and we continue to grow. This will lead to opportunities to build your marketing team, be creative, and travel to new regions. We are currently active in Canada and the USA; with active plans of expansions to the UAE (Dubai) and Latin America.We have a wide range of pay because we believe in hiring based on attitude and skill.The more you bring to the table the more flexible we are with our compensation packages.At the same time if you have limited experience but have the attitude, and creativity we want to offer the opportunity with the chance to rapidly grow your skills and income.Qualifications:
  • Experience growing social media accounts
  • An obsession with the ever changing social media landscape and the ability to catch new trends early and integrate them into our channels
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • The ability to make simple video and image edits also the ability to write detailed content briefs for editors to follow.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to engage our teammates in creating content
  • Able to produce reports and data on the growth, and engagement of our social media content
  • Strong project management skills and able to manage a team of creative freelancers
  • Experience with or the ability to quickly learn the following tools: Monday (project management) , Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Business Suite and Zoom
