For more information visit: www.apotex.com.Job SummaryTo work within the Global API Direct Procurement and Supply Chain teams to provide data analysis and project management implementation support for various analytics initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesLiase with Stakeholders, gather data and provide baseline reportsAssess data integration opportunities with Apotex groups and affiliatesProvide support on projects and process improvement initiatives related to supplier relationship management, inventory and planning.Assist with management of projects including process mapping, laisons with subject matter experts, and data analysis required to support the efforts.Assist team with development of data definitions, data profiling, and data validation activities; liaise with cross-business unit partners for organizational alignment in this areaReview and maintain key master data attributesAssist with development and implementation of new analytics pertinent to direct procurement operations.Assist the Global Direct Procurement group in evaluating data using spreadsheets and databases, and performing quantitative/qualitative analysis.Liaison with internal customers, support groups and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis.Work in a team approach environment to problem solving.Performs all work in support of our Corporate Values of Pride, Accountability, Integrity and Diligence; Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.All other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsDemonstrated Pharmaceutical interest is an asset.Study focus on Analytics, Project Management, Procurement, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Supply ChainStrong oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate appropriately with other employees in different positions within the company (i.e. Planners, Managers, Coordinators etc.).Strong organizational skills.Attention to detail.Working knowledge of MS Office tools, with experience in Excel and Access is essential.Experience in VBA and/or SAP would be an asset.At Apotex, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible work environment, where all employees feel valued, respected and supported.Apotex offers accommodation for applicants with disabilities as part of its recruitment process.
