Job Description

Kleysen’s Bulk team is looking for experienced Class 1 professional drivers to join our Winnipeg based fleet on a six (6) month term contract. The position could become a permanent opportunity in our company when the season is over or is a great opportunity for anyone seeking seasonal employment.Our Winnipeg Bulk Team hauls Dry Bulk goods using B-train pneumatics and B-train side tippers. Our various runs and assignments consist of regional work in Winnipeg, and quick highway runs between Saskatchewan and Northern Ontario. We are looking for drivers who can accept occasional highway assignments but still be home daily. The goods include but are not limited to: dry cement products, salt, soda ash, other general dry bulk materials.DID YOU KNOW WE OFFER:

    • You are home after every shift!
    • Day shifts are Monday – Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
    • Evening Shifts are Monday - Friday

OUR DRIVERS HAVE:
  • Class 1 Tractor Trailer driving experience
  • Bulk and Deck experience is an asset, or willingness to be trained
  • Satisfactory Abstract
  • Ability to work longer shifts with possible overtime
  • Ability to wear all standard PPE (safety boots, CSA approved hard hat, safety vest, etc.)
  • Clean shaven or a willingness to shave (respirators are mandatory with some customers)
  • A great attitude and are safety minded and customer service oriented
