We are currently seeking to fill a Full-Time Logistics Planning Coordinator role in our Bulk Business Unit in Winnipeg.Position Details:Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Logistics Planning Coordinator (LPC) role is responsible for planning, dispatching, and coordinating the assigned Bulk fleet, working with customers & coordinating the fleet of drivers & trailing equipment based on the commodity to be hauled. The LPC acts as both the customer liaison and the fleet planner, and builds the daily & weekly plans, accordingly, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Daily and ongoing communication and coaching of the assigned fleet of drivers & owner/operators is a key responsibility in effectively executing Bulk logistics to achieve customer expectations, and maximize asset utilization. This role will work a consistent shift of Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and will be on call for after hours & weekend support requirements from customers and fleet.
