Job Description

We are looking to add a Full-time Specialty Shop Support to join our Fleet Repair and Maintenance team in Winnipeg, MB.Position Details:Reporting directly to the Manager, Specialty Shops this position plays a vital role in providing administrative support to our fabrication, welding and van body repair facility such as: processing work orders, track and report on work in progress of equipment, and prepare and track job estimates & quotes. More information, including a full job description will be discussed and shared with qualified candidates during the interview.The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.Ideally the successful candidate will have:

  • Have strong administrative and organization skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Have industrial or manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience in service writing is an asset
  • Aptitude and familiar with welding and maintenance repair processes is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The successful candidate will require a reliable vehicle as our office is located outside of public transport
