Job DescriptionThe Manager, Patient Transport, Wasteamp; Linen, Call Centre at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is a core member of the Support Services Management team. The Manager is responsible for developing and implementing specific policies, standards and practices related to the efficient management of the centralized call centre, patient transport, waste and linen management,continuous quality improvement plans and goals, as well as monitoring and maintaining both legislated and corporate standards and compliance metrics.The role will have oversight and accountability for the day-to-day site operations, including but not limited to the following:
