Job DescriptionReporting to the Interprofessional Practice Manager, the Corporate Professional Practice Clinician (PPC) is responsible for actively contributing to a progressive education and learning environment focused on enhancing professional practice across the organization. This position will provide professional practice expertise and consult on specific corporate initiatives as well as high priority clinical projects as a participant and/or lead. This role will support corporate consumable contracts and backorders, including education when practice changes are required.In addition, the Corporate PPC participates on organizational committees; participates in and provides oversight of the interprofessional clinical orientation across the organization; promotes practice innovation, interprofessional learning and professional development; and develops, reviews and revises evidence-based policies and procedures related to clinical/professional practice and patient care. The Corporate PPC serves as a key partner to the Director of Professional Practice and Chief Practice Information Officer, the Interprofessional Practice Manager, the organization’s Clinical Program Directors, Patient Care Managers, department specific PPCs and other professional disciplines and departments.
