Job DescriptionReporting to the Program Director, Mental Healthamp; Addictions you will be a leader in advancing clinical practice and quality of care within the Program and across the hospital. You will maintain an advanced knowledge base regarding best practices in mental health and concurrent disorders, and draw upon contemporary evidence and standards. In collaboration with the Program Director, Patient Care Managers, and Professional Practice, you will provide clinical education, mentorship, and coaching to clinical staff. With a focus on access to care and outpatient services, you will participate in program planning and evaluation, develop and implement policies and procedures, develop and monitor quality indicators, and actively participate in committees and quality improvement activities. As a member of the Office of Professional Practice, you will collaborate with other PPCs in hospital-wide educational and quality initiatives.
