Join us and contribute to building a more inclusive future.Job Overview:GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Regional Manager to join our internal team in Oakville. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence, leadership, and community engagement.Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee regional sales initiatives, nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and growth.
  • Dispatch operational crews and oversee team performance to maximize efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members in alignment with company values.
  • Lead sourcing and hiring efforts, with emphasis on Indigenous community inclusion.
  • Build strong, respectful partnerships with Indigenous groups and support their development.
  • Manage project timelines, operations logistics, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize project management tools to track regional project progress.
  • Handle payroll processing and financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate regional budgeting and invoicing practices.
  • Act as primary liaison for client communications and support delivery excellence.
  • Oversee administrative onboarding, timekeeping, and operational coordination.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of shutdown processes in oil and gas and related sectors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related Trades field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and managing high-performance teams.
  • Solid background in shutdown procedures or related operational fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and regional operations management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and project management software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Understanding and respect for Indigenous cultures and communities.
Work Environment:
  • Office and field-based setting requiring regional travel and occasional site visits.
  • Use of standard office and operational coordination tools.
