We are looking for a Lead Carpenter to lead and provide guidance to our carpenters, craftsmanship and oversee all carpentry work. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for supervising a team of carpenters, craftsmanship, developing and communicating standards and procedures to comply with company quality and safety policies. You will also be in charge of performing carpentry duties as necessary, including the planning, organizing and monitoring of all carpentry work. As a Lead Carpenter you need experience estimating materials and overseeing the building of structures. The ideal candidate will be honest, responsible and a strong leader.
