Senior Data Entry Clerk Our client, a prominent government institution, is seeking two detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Clerks for an on-site role. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurate data entry and various clerical tasks, including portal management. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with government systems in a fast-paced environment that values precision and efficiency.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $27.• 6-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 13 months.• Full-time role, working 36.25 hours per week.• On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 4:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.• All necessary equipment and software will be provided by the government institution.• Training on privacy, cybersecurity, information management, and workplace respect will be provided.Responsibilities:• Enter data into databases or Excel sheets with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.• Use systems such as the Environmental Management System (EMS), Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS), and Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS).• Collaborate with regional subject matter experts to ensure regulatory procedures are followed.• Manage high volumes of work within tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.• Maintain attention to detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.• Learn quickly, solve problems, and troubleshoot as required.• Work independently as well as part of a team.• Perform clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, organizing, and document stamping.• Prepare, fax, and confirm documents, while assisting with other office duties as needed.What you will need to succeed:• High School Diploma or GED required.• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools.• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar data entry or clerical role.• 1 year of experience with the Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS).• 1 year of experience with the Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS).• 1 year of experience with the Environmental Management System (EMS).• 1 year of experience within a public sector organization.• 1 year of experience with the secure exchange of electronic documents between stakeholders.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
