Our team will provide all the necessary PPE, tools, and supplies required to complete your clean.JOB OVERVIEWAs a Housekeeper, you play a vital role in our client’s experience, providing a clean, organized, and well-stocked space for them to enjoy. You will follow a cleaning standard to ensure the room is spotless which is sure to WOW our clients. In classic First Class fashion, you will provide 5-star cleaning services handling quick turnarounds with the same attention to quality and excellence. While we have 100+ properties under our management, you’ll focus on specific zones/units as assigned each day - many of the properties are central, in the downtown and surrounding area for easy accessibility. We can provide flexible availability with a blend of residential cleans and business cleaning contracts. At First Class youre not a cleaner, you are on First Class’ frontline with the autonomy to problem solve and make or break a guest experience. You handle cleaning, staging, and small maintenance items to have everything looking 5-star for our guests and clients.WHAT YOU WILL DO...

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Create an exceptional guest experience ensuring the suite is dirt, dust, and grime-free.
• Clean all living spaces in the unit including kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living rooms.
• Check stocking levels of all materials and replace them when appropriate.
• Visit hubs to gather supplies for cleans and drop-off/pick-up linens as required.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards and in following with COVID standards.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED...

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, commercial, or other cleaning experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• A valid Province of Manitoba Drivers License with the appropriate class is considered an asset.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Physically able to lift, bend, stoop and crouch.
• Stand for long periods.
• It is the responsibility of all associates to ensure that they follow all health and safety policies by working in a safe manner, reporting any unsafe conditions, immediately reporting any associate injury/accident, using personal protective equipment if required.

Job Type: CasualSalary: Up to $15.00 per hourSchedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:We follow all health and safety protocols as set by the Health Authority.Ability to commute/relocate:

• Onanole, MB R0J 2H0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Drivers License (preferred)
