This is a customer-facing role that will require you to interface effectively with other CGI stakeholders to qualify, demo, scope and develop solutions to address customer business needs in the identity and access management areas. A strong problem solver and exceptional communicator, the selected candidate will play a key team role in defining, evolving, and positioning compelling Identity and access management services, approaches and solutions.In this interesting and diverse role, you’ll be managing efforts to enhance the Client-User Identity and Access Management solution; develop strategies to mature the IAM organization and delivering modern identity solutions.Working on unique projects in our field, you’ll provide expert knowledge and act as a subject matter expert on key principles of Identity and Access Management with an in-depth knowledge including Authentication and Authorization systems, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Identity Governance and administration.Participate in projects and initiatives working with IAM team members, architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise IAM solutions that are scalable and adaptable with the ever-changing business needs and industry demands.Build your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.   • Participation in the creation of a Canadian Identity and Access Management offering
  • Develop Identity and Access management roadmaps for clients
  • Subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics and drive the adoption of Authentication and Authorization reference architectures for existing, new and emerging IAM technologies.
  • Support Identity and Access Management enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption.
  • Able to deliver logical and physical IAM architectures and choose right technology stack, which enable unified IAM business process and addresses stakeholder concerns.
  • Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision.
  • Create, maintain and align Information Security policies and standards with industry best practices and business needs in the adoption of cloud services and technologies.
  • Review and manage technical security roadmaps related to security and IAM within a cloud security context.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • Minimum of ten years of related experience with at least six years of identity and access management domain -Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
  • Must have work experience on IAM/PAM products Sailpoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, OKTA, CyberArk, Active Directory, OpenLDAP and RSA, this must include experience with installations, configurations, and customizations (workflows/policies/rules) of the products in accordance with IAM/PAM best practices.
  • Must have a thorough understanding and work experience on Header-based SSO, SAML and OIDC/OAuth integrations.
  • Must have a good understanding of SCIM integrations.
  • Must have through understanding and work experience in web technologies REST and SOAP, and tools cURL and Postman.
  • Must have a solid grasp and work experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSON.
  • Must have scripting skills in PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of Application Servers (e.g. Apache Tomcat, JBoss), Databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL) and LDAP (e.g. OpenDJ, OpenLDAP) will be a plus.
  • Experience, understanding and a working knowledge of a variety of security related standards, guidelines and best practices.
  • Ability to discover customer requirements through a consultative process.
  • Navigates ambiguity, clearly communicates risks, anticipates issues, seeks clarification and sets clear expectations with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering presentations and/or discussing technical proposals with clients, inspiring confidence and forming trusted relationships
  • Demonstrated ability for analytical thinking and self-directed research in cybersecurity topics
  • Ability to speak, write and communicate clearly and effectively in fluent English
  • Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance of Level 1 (Enhanced Reliability Clearance - ERC)
Desirable:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Industry certifications in cyber security are an asset, such as ISACA CISA/CISM/CRISC, ISC2 CISSP, CSA CCSK; and/or vendor certifications from leading technology OEMs in identity and access management space.
  • Experience working with varied IT delivery and support models including Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
