The ReStore Associate is the front line and public face of the Habitat for the Humanity ReStore. You project professionalism and welcome to customers and the community – both in-person and by phone. Your contribution to the customer experience begins with the receipt of donations, and continues through testing, processing, and pricing of goods, to merchandising and sales. Your day will be a continuous bustle of physical activity, marked by frequent interruptions and shifting priorities, all aimed at appreciating our donors, satisfying our customers, and allowing the Habitat for Humanity ReStore to be a major contributor to Habitat for Humanity’s mission to provide affordable homeownership. Proficiency in using social media (Facebook and Instagram) or merchandising experience is an asset.Accommodation will be provided in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
