Hello! We are seeking personable and passionate employees to join our team!Current opportunities: Part-timeAs a Budtender, you will ensure that the cannabis purchasing experience flows smoothly. This requires you to check IDs, guide customers to the appropriate cannabis products and/or accessories, answer questions/concerns, and comply with all regulations. Budtenders must always provide friendly and prompt customer service while maintaining professional composure.We believe in rewarding high-performing team members. There will always be opportunities for advancement within the company.Requirements:

• Minimum 19 years of age
• CannSell Training Certificate (Must have it before your first day)
• Criminal Record check (Must have a receipt before your first day)
• 1+ years of experience, in the retail and customer service industry
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Flexible with hours of work
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
• Reliable with handling cash and POS systems
• Highly alert and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all AGCO cannabis laws and regulations
• Greet customers and check IDs
• Guide customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
• Maintain up to date knowledge on new trends and products in the industry
• Effectively operate the POS system and cash register
• Receive, organize, and categorize cannabis products and accessories
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained on a daily basis
• Perform deliveries (if eligible to do so)
• Assist with opening/closing of the store
• Clean touchpoints to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols

Pay:

• $16/hr with opportunities to grow within the company
