About BonnefireAt Bonnefire, we believe that cannabis can be a part of any lifestyle. Our company aims to remove negative stigmas and provide our customers with only the finest products.About the RoleBonnefire is seeking experienced Certified Cannabis Experts (Bud Tenders) who will assist with the occasional deliveries to our awesome customers and are up for the challenge of joining our incredible team. Those who do will become experts in all things cannabis, and will share their new-found knowledge with our amazing customers. We’re looking for passionate enthusiasts who love to help people, forge bonds and are eager to begin their careers in this developing industry.Role and responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and age-gate customers at the entrance
  • Engaging in conversation to build rapport and understand their unique needs.
  • Fostering a welcoming environment for everyone in-store.
  • Educating customers about cannabis strains, products, and methods of consumption
  • Using technology as a sales aid
  • Processing customer sales transactions with POS machines, adhering to all cash and Loss Prevention policies
  • Preparing customer orders
  • Keeping up-to-date with new products, industry trends and legislation
  • Practicing store maintenance
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (minimum).
  • Have Valid G Drivers License
  • Own or have access to a vehicle
  • Minimum one (1) year of retail and/or hospitality experience.
  • Cannabis or liquor experience is an asset.
  • Must pass a Criminal Record check.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • Hold a valid CannSell certification.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of cannabis strains, products and consumption.
