FULL TIME OPTOMETRIST WANTED: Orillia Optometry is focused on providing patients with an exceptional experience in eye care. We are looking for a motivated full time optometrist that wishes to practice at the highest level of optometry and also enjoy the “close to the cottage†lifestyle that can only be experienced by living in Lake Country and on the doorstep of Muskoka. All while working at one location full time.Our practice pillars include Primary Care, Optical Gallery, Contact Lenses, Vision Therapy, Dry Eye, Macular Degeneration, and Myopia Management. Equipment in the office includes: full pretest suite including auto R/K, NCT, MPeye (MPOD testing) and Optomap; specialty testing including visual fields and OCT, Idra dry eye diagnosis as well as iLux and IPL dry eye treatments, axial length measurement for myopia management, and AdaptDx dark adaptation testing for AMD.We are very well staffed with a highly trained and motivated team that all enjoy an equally great experience working in the office.We are looking for an optometrist that wants to experience and provide optometry at the highest level. Experience in specialty clinics would be an asset, but not required. We are looking for an optometrist who is passionate in providing an exceptional experience to their patients and who wants to excel in optometry with a desire to learn and grow into these specialty clinics while using the complete breadth of their training.Orillia enjoys access to exceptional outdoor activities and is only a short drive to city amenities including those in Barrie (20 minutes) and Toronto (1 hour).
