The duties include: * garbage pick-up (general walk around common areas to pick up stray garbage and taking central garbage/recycling to curb on garbage day - Mondays) * snow removal (clearing the central walk way when needed using the on-site snow blower) * parking enforcement (calling City of Orillia to report cars parked in visitor parking for extended periods of time) * general maintenance (such as weeding) * and other related duties.
