Be sure to include your contact information.What is the pay rate $30.00/hr plus shift premium for night shiftWhat will you be doing here– Working in a team environment on a production floor– Supervise, direct and oversee the work of Safety, Quality & the Production Process;– Ensure the safe, and efficient operation of all operating machines and related equipment;– Monitor Proper Shutdown Procedures and Ensure all related equipment is shutdown properly;– Establish a work standard of consistency on shift, maintain a standard of work that is consistent to all employees;– Ensure all employees are aware of safety and potential hazards in the environment and work in a safe manner;– Maintain/Monitor Production Outputs required by each machine, communicate reasons for lack of output /safety /maintenance related / Process or People related– Create on shift meetings (Toolbox Talk) to involve employees and communicate relative information daily;– Provide Assistance/Support and training when and where required to help build experienced teams;– Other related duties as required.Advantages– Bus accessible;– Benefits available;– Long-term and advancement opportunities Qualifications;– Must have CSA approved safety shoes;– Must be flexible to work overtime as required;– Capable of repetitive lifting and standing for long periods of time;– Production or manufacturing experience is an asset;
