Our staff must have a high attention to detail, a positive attitude and be able to work in a face paced environment. We offer a competitive staff discount after the 3 month probation period. Candidates must pass a criminal background check before hire. We are looking to add 1-2 part time staff and a full time keyholder to our team. The right candidate for the full time keyholder position will complete first aid, propane and forklift training upon hire.The main responsibilites of our customer service associates are as listed below-accurately keying in/scanning merchandise,issue refunds/exchanges, recieve payment, bagging purchases-greeting approaching and greeting customers-answering phone calls in a warm a friendly manner-provide a high level of customer service-stocking and restocking product daily-including facing product-help with recieving on a needed basis-provide customer carry outs and load products-follow all health and safety guidelines-Ensure edible products are rotated properly and marked down as needed-placing online orders for customers-maintain the cleanliness of the store and checkout areaKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required-Maintain a customer first, positive attitude-High attention to detail-Ability to count, total and work with numbers-Ability to learn and operate till technology-Stay calm and attentive in a busy environment-Ability to approach customers, listen attentively and use suggested selling-Work well in a team enviroment as well as independantly-Ability to multi-task-Abilility to lift 40kgJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 5-40 per weekSalary: From $15.50 per hourAdditional pay:
