We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills, strong working knowledge of computer systems, CCTV experience, a positive attitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service, security and protection for our clients site. As a front line representative of our company and clients site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multi task and be a professional who takes pride in your dress, deportment and performance at all times.Job Profile:The commissionaire will report to and work with the Site Supervisor. He/she will utilize the post orders to provide superior customer service, security and protection to their client and the client’s property/assets. The job entails writing legibly detailed shift reports, being able to effortlessly walk at least 5 - 8 kilometers per shift, be able to walk at least 4 flights of stairs, have a valid Ontario drivers license with a clean record, able to work 12 hours shifts through the night, must have a complete understanding of the English language both written and verbal, have no issue getting to Orillia, On. despite the weather conditions.Duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive interior/exterior patrols

. Ensure access control is strictly followed and client property is secured.

• Maintain positive attitude and professional working relationships with employees and clients
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and deportment
• Respond to emergencies and building alarms
• Provide assistance to employees, clients and visitors.
• Complete daily logs and written reports as necessary

. Provide leadership for the team

• Other duties as may be required by the client

Required Education, Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year Security Guard experience
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
• Strong managerial/supervisory skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
