Job Description

Thanks to your friendly nature, great listening and multitasking skills, you will discuss their needs and explore every option to offer the best solution possible. This is the ideal position for someone looking for a career that allows them to put forward their sales skills while interacting with people. Also, we will provide you with all the computer equipment you need to start your career from the comfort of your own home!What we offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $21.19/hour after training;
  • Performance-based incentive plan;
  • Significant monthly performance-based incentive;
  • Fully paid training and all the support you need;
  • Complete benefits plan after six (6) months of service, including:

  • Availability to work full-time – Monday through Sunday from 8:00AM till 9:00PM
  • This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
    • Eligibility criteria:
      • Must reside with the hiring location.
      • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
      • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
  • Respond to various requests from clients to find the best solution adapted to their needs;
  • Offer an exceptional customer experience by providing a warm and courteous service;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent completed;
  • Proficiency in a sales environment – We are looking for people who are motivated to achieve results!
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
  • Friendly and helpful nature - You enjoy interacting with people and helping them find the best solution to their problem;
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
