Job Description

Your role at a glance:Youre passionate about new technologies, and you enjoy discussing them with people How about a brand new career that will allow you to do so while working from home If you said yes, look no further; we have an excellent opportunity for you at Nordia!We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to assist the clients of Canadas largest telecommunication company regarding their mobility products and services (billing, inquiries, etc.). This is the ideal position for anyone looking for an exciting career while working from the comfort of their home!Heres what your day will look like:In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct support to clients regarding their mobile products and services;
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing solutions adapted to the problems expressed;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to customers needs and habits.
Heres what you need to join the team:
  • Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written;
  • High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
  • Bilingualism, an asset;
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment;
  • Availability to work in the following time-slots:
    • Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm;
    • Sunday from 9:00 to midnight.

  • Base salary of $15.69/h after the training period;
  • Performance-based incentive plan;
  • Hourly premiums for bilingualisms and weekend shifts;
