Job Description

Are you are looking for an employer with a solid reputation who cares about you and sees you as a vital part of a family run business, where you can put down roots, then The Hitch House may be the place for you!We are searching for a Client Consultant to join our dynamic team at The Hitch HouseAs a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all our clients. Located 5 minutes north of Barrie and 20 minutes south of Orillia on Hwy 11, The Hitch House is considered to be one of Canada’s premier Motorhome Dealerships. Not sure if you have enough qualifications No problem, we will train the candidate who best fits our team! The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with rotating Saturday’s (Hours 9:00am - 1:00pm) (May – October). Overtime may be required if needed. Our high-volume months are April – December. During the low season other duties may be assigned as required which may include snow removal on the lot.QualificationsCustomer Service

  • Attitude is everything – greet service department customers promptly and courteously
  • Listen & document customer concerns in detail.
  • Manage customer expectations while being empathetic.
  • Follow-up with customers, advising the status of repairs or delays (if any)
  • Verify completion of repairs to company standards
  • Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Administrative
  • Manage customer appointments.
  • Open/close work orders
  • Process payment of customer invoices
  • Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and the internet) and ability to learn dedicated dealership software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Focus attention on priority work to ensure that deadlines are met.
Personal
  • Energetic, self-motivated
  • Ability to adapt during peak volumes.
  • Strong ability to organize & problem solve.
