Other qualifications for ourCustomer Service Representativerole include:- 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial- A High School Diploma (or equivalent)- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking- Eagerness to learn new technologies- Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)- The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.
