ResponsibilitiesThe resource required to provide additional capacity to assist with the management of Axway Secure Transport version 5.5 and Axway Sentinel reporting tool,(aka Managed File Transfer - MFT) to meet all current operational demands as well as the current need for on-premise to cloud migrations of all interfaces within the MFT system.A FFS resource will create capacity, ensure ground to cloud migrations are completed in a timely manner, and will also reduce Single Point of Failure for this critical MFT solution.MFT securely manages and tracks the transfer of high-sensitivity files inside and outside of the OPS firewall. Internal stakeholders include MOF- EDI Bank payment transmissions and ImageOn to OntTax receipt of payments, Service Ontario, MTO - 511 signs on 400 series highways, IFIS - Account payments, MAG. External Stakeholders include RBC, CRA-T5, Tax Compliance, Income Verification, Teranet WizTec Prism Data. Sentinel provides reporting on MFT to ensure all security procedures and protocols are functioning correctly, and to allow for troublshooting of failed transmissions with the the MFT system.Required to administer and assist in the cloud migration for MFT.
