Every child and youth living life at their full potential.About Grandview Kids Grandview Kids provides an array of specialized programs, rehabilitation services, and outpatient clinical treatments to children and youth with physical, communication, and developmental needs. Programs and services – which are delivered at the Centre, in the community, at schools, and in-home – include: medical consultation, assessment, and diagnosis; audiology, autism support; complex care program; occupational therapy; physiotherapy; respite services; social work; speech-language pathology; therapeutic recreation; and family engagement. Though a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach, members of Team Grandview strive to provide culturally safer, inclusive, and innovative evidence-informed care that meets the unique needs of each client.Summer Camp Positions (Temporary Full-Time) Grandview Kids is now accepting applications for summer camp positions.Grandview offers summer camps for children and youth 4– 12 years of age with physical, communication and developmental needs living in Durham Region.Core hours for Summer Camp staff are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Successful candidates will have experience working in camp settings with children and youth with physical, communication and developmental needs combined with education in a related field.The following positions are available:Camp Coordinator (1) $22.00/hr. May 27, 2024 - August 23, 2024Head Leader (2) $20.50 – $21.50/hr. June 10 – August 23, 2024Nursing Student: (2) $20.50 – $21.50/hr. June 24 - August 23, 2024Special Needs Counsellors (7) $19.00 - 19.50/hr.
