It’s a fascinating field of work. You will be involved in assessing the competition, developing technology and products and generating intellectual property. Your contributions will drive product architecture and implementation. And you will work with colleagues across the business to ensure Dell products always lead the way.As a Hardware Development Manager, you will be responsible for development of server based hardware solutions that take advantage of COTS platforms to deliver new solutions to the telecom industry.You will:

  • Direct, lead and manage a hardware development team working on digital and mixed signal designs
  • Contribute to roadmap planning with software development teams and product managers
  • Ensure your team meets project requirements for schedule and quality
  • Hire and maintain a diverse and effective workforce

  • Proven record of successfully leading hardware development teams and delivering product to market
  • Experience with server and add-in card development for telecom markets
  • Technical expertise to lead designers and drive discussions with vendors and partners
  • Organized, goal-oriented, self-starter, with a team focused mentality

  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
