Job #4369 – The perfect opportunity to join a great team and a growing company! Our client located in downtown Ottawa is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to jump in and help out. If you are a bright individual who enjoys dealing with customers and have the ability to multitask, then this could be the role for you! Working closely with the senior members of the management team, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Perform all accounts receivable tasks and related duties
  • Resolve invoice, credit and payment discrepancies
  • Post payments and apply to corresponding receivables
  • Maintain customer profiles
  • Provide input and recommendations for process improvement
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
