For more information, please visit www.thermofisher.com.What will you doThe Contracts Administrator performs data entry and clerical duties including implementing pricing agreements, rebate contracts, preparing contract extension paperwork and maintaining the contract filing system for agreements. Handles incoming requests from a shared inbox, ensuring all are handled in a timely fashion.Responsibilities:

  • Helps to handle and triage customer rebates received in shared inbox.
  • Participates in the implementation of customer contracts including rebate pricing into the system
  • Updates Contracts database when changes to customer pricing is implemented
  • Contacts suppliers for updated rebate pricing prior to expiry
  • Prepares and sends customer pricing agreement renewal notifications
  • Maintains physical filing of signed customer agreements
How will you get thereRequirements:
  • High School Diploma, college or business school preferred
  • Bilingualism (English/French) preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
  • Good Organizational and Planning Skills
  • Ability to work independently in addition to working with a team
  • Accurate and rapid keyboarding skills
