Job DescriptionThe House of Commons’ Parliamentary Precinct Operations is currently looking to staff the Client Care Agent position. About the Role: In this role, you are accountable for the delivery of excellent client services to Members of Parliament and their staff, as well as House officers and internal partners of the Client Care Team. You are the initial point of contact and address inquiries on a large range of topics and requests, all while complying with policies, processes, and procedures. Effectively, the Client Care Agents assist clients by selecting the appropriate service, initiating its use, monitoring the status, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.As a representative of the House of Commons, you continuously display a high degree of professionalism, non-partisanship, and efficiency.Top Reasons to Join the Client Care Team: The Client Care Team provides clients with an enhanced experience and seamless, unified services.
