The Design Centre Assistant supports Homeowners as well as internal team members through the Design Centre process including providing excellent customer service and personalized guidance.In this role, you will:
  • Meet with new homeowners to provide assisted browsing or pre-selection appointments;
  • Maintain and update sample inventory;
  • Communicate and meet with new homeowner’s for re-selections of finishing materials;
  • Provide back up support to the Front Desk and Design Consultants;
  • Maintain and update homeowner communication tools and catalogues
  • Propose selections to achieve a Homeowner’s overall vision;
  • Answer homeowner questions about new home options and/or selections;
  • Maintain and organize showroom floor and displays daily
  • Work collaboratively with the Design Centre team and other departments to achieve objectives;
  • Provide recommendations on new Design Centre offerings based off of homeowner feedback and current market trends;
  • Promote and maintain the Minto brand while maintain the company’s mission, values and code of conduct;
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
