Job Description

Job SummaryHead Quarters: Canada / UK remoteProject Locations: North America, Middle East, Europe, and Asia.Industry: Technology/AviationJob Type: Senior ManagerAbout the JobSearidge is the market leader in developing and deploying digital technology solutions in the air traffic management and airport industries, with a focus on major hub airports with large infrastructure programs and high-intensity runway operation airports.To support our strategy and to accelerate the adoption of digital tower and airport technology, we are recruiting for a Digital Tower and Airport Collaboration Manager who is ready to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment. The individual will be accountable for leading a partnership of selected customers, with the aim of developing and implementing the next generation of digital tower products and to ensure the airport optimization and transformation projects realize their full potential.Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the Digital Tower innovation lifecycle and deploy innovation management best practices from concept to close. The candidate is expected to manage multiple work orders concurrently in diverse global markets and act in a leadership capacity to accelerate the widespread adoption of Searidge products.Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and governance of the specific customer platforms and group programme of products and projects, including processes for identifying, prioritizing, incubating and commercializing digital tower and airport innovative solutions as well as measuring, monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage idea generation throughout the partnership through event-based or continuous methodologies, e.g. innovation jams, open ideation drop box, user group/community workshops
  • Maintain an innovation database (backlog repository) that supports and aligns with the Searidge Product Management Roadmap
  • Develop metrics that demonstrate how the Alliance generates and delivers the innovation lifecycle, including innovation pipeline, flow rate and funding, ideas deployed into operational use and the achievement of strategic objectives or financial revenues
  • Develop and deploy innovation infrastructure to manage all aspects related to initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing partner work orders.
  • Utilise innovative collaboration methodologies that enable partner-wide, anytime and anywhere engagement.
  • Use the power of the partnership organizations to develop internal communities to embed innovation culture and build innovation maturity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders outside of the partnership to promote its objectives and goals, including other partnerships (CASS), associations (CANSO, ACI), Technology communities (Yucovo) and regulatory authorities.
  • Gather customer feedback and experience that supports the Searidge product and technology strategies and roadmaps.
  • Maintain records of partner meetings, agreed actions, internal and external collaborations and communications.
  • Act in unison with Searidge and partner communications teams to promote the objectives of the collaboration.
  • Support ongoing and future sales opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new partner requests, coordinating with current members, obtaining necessary approvals and implementing the accession process.
  • Complete project reviews and support the development and reporting of key performance metrics for senior management.
  • Develop and update a dashboard that integrates high-level business case information together with project progress through the use of KPI’s for each airport and project.
  • Liaise with expert teams within Searidge to develop new products and features.
  • Managing the budget allocated to the partnership programme and any other funds allocated from time to time.
  • Act as custodian of the Partner Collaboration agreement and any off-shoot contracts between Searidge and the other partners.
  • To develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships with all partners.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lead teams, ignite and facilitate collaborative discussions whilst simultaneously capturing relevant actions and implementation plans.
  • Being able to translate complex processes into deployable solutions.
  • Possess an engaging communication style that adapts to all levels of an organization, including Executive and Senior management teams.
  • Previous experience in air traffic management, airport operations or a related sector;
  • Previous experience and proven track history of managing complex multinational projects;
  • Organization skills, excellent time management and scheduling.
  • Ability to travel internationally – up to 25% of the time.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Educational achievement and qualifications commensurate with the seniority, breadth and technical content of the role;
  • Previous experience in the investment planning process would be an advantage;
