Are you inCome, and be where it begins.Our Exciting Opportunity!We are now looking for a Product Development Leader that shall work as an Ericsson 4G/5G Product Introduction Project Manager. Our mission is to secure growth through effective product development and outstanding time to market for new products and features.You will:

  • Work with the 4G/5G Release development flow and be a key player in the interaction and collaboration between the development programs and the customers.
  • Be an active member of a CES Customer Focus Team (CFT) responsible for facilitating and supporting Ericsson innovative 4G/5G solutions to markets. Work with a best in class local and global design and support teams, while interacting closely with our customers.
  • Empower the full R&D organization to connect and collaborate with customers throughout the 4G/5G product lifecycle from concept to development to product support.
  • Cultivate a creative and learning culture to always improve and innovate.
  • Plan, execute and support 4G/5G New releases, features and solution implementation and deployment in our customer networks.
  • Manage and coordinate CD/CD+ (Continuous Development) for specific customers; ensuring efficient use of resources (cost, activities and time) during execution.
  • Develop and support a strategy with the goal to improve customer acceptance lead time and commercial deployment.
  • Actively support Customer Units (CU), identify and secure solutions to customer network issues through the complete release support life cycle (pre-GA and post-GA).
  • Facilitate and support quality and development initiatives such DevOps and Customer Centric Development strategies with our key customers.
To be successful in the role you must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as engineering or computer science
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in project management within product development/verification
  • Experience in 4G5G SW/HW development and support flows
  • Understanding of the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working
  • Good communication, negotiation and customer management skills
  • Large degree of flexibility and willingness to tackle different tasks
  • Result-oriented attitude and find it stimulating to work with change management and teamwork/cooperation across organizations
