It is an independent contractor position. The ideal candidate will possess a burning desire to succeed and exemplify the following qualities:

• Will be able to work independently and be self motivated. This is a work from home role so effort and performance equals individual and organizational success. You must be able to work independently to set, achieve and exceed targets

• You must be able to do 50-100 outbound phone calls per day to the leads given. You will be given a CRM system that tracks your calls.

• Must be disciplined and have a keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong time management as you will operate in a remote environment

• Confidence is key! Our team are problem solvers. Our equity based can assist a wide range of customers, but its up to you to determine how and why someone should enter our program. Educating and finding solutions is what makes us superior to our competition.

The primary function of this role will be to speak to clients regularly to guide them through the mortgage process stress free.

• You must be able to multi-task and be able to handle multiple interested parties at once. As you will be receiving multiple deals weekly, even daily – you must be prepared to put in the time and effort to get the job done.

Responsibly of the Position

• Approving of equity referral sent by team of internal credit counselors

• Ensure immediate contact with new potential customers sent

• Daily follow up with all in progress accounts via calling, SMS and email

• Daily communication with various teams within organization to ensure proper information is obtained and process is being followed

• Completion of all document gathering and information needed to ensure timely closing of files

• Contact with underwriting group as required to ensure proper lender handoff and funding completion

• Performance reporting completion as required by management team
