  • provide leadership, administrative direction and coordination in the management of business and operational resources.
  • ensure that the Branch has the necessary staff, procedures, and processes in place to deliver the full range of programs and services to clients within the available budget.
  • contribute to the design and development of continuous improvement and performance management administration.
  • provide key advice and recommendations in support of senior management decision-making and operational planning for the branch.

  • You have thorough knowledge of workforce planning needed to manage the staffing of a large branch.
  • You have the ability to lead the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the branchs administrative, financial, and knowledge management activities.
  • You have the ability to coordinate the development of the branch operational plans in alignment with divisional strategic plan.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:
  • You have excellent planning, organizational and coordination skills to manage the provision of centralized administrative services across the Branch.
  • You have the ability to provide day-to-day management of the delivery of a diversity of functions by unit staff within specified and at times conflicting deadlines.
Analytical and Problem Skills:
  • You have proven analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills to plan a range of complex business planning and administrative services, analyze complex delivery issues and recommend creative business solutions.
  • You have knowledge of quality assurance processes, performance management, and benchmarking to lead the development of a consistent quality assurance plan and identify areas of improvement.
Communication and Relationship Building Skills:
  • You have oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues using tact and diplomacy and compose and edit communication products
You have proven consultation and negotiation skills to work effectively with a variety of staff and stakeholders
  • You have relationship management skills to develop and identify opportunities for collaboration with staff and stakeholders
