Job Description

Gloucester Family Health Centre in Ottawa (Riverview / Hawthorne), ON is looking for one medical secretary to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 2 Lorry Greenberg Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.Responsibilities

    *Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments *Ensure insurance paperwork is completed and process payments as needed *Provide patients with information regarding services or claims *Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
    *Experience working as a receptionist *Friendly and engaging personality *Ability to work towards a common goal with little supervision *Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
